All of our projects are personally managed by our directors. We consult with local communities and planning authorities to ensure our schemes integrate into the local environment and deliver social, environmental and economic benefits. We have worked on a huge range of development projects, with a variety of people, and built lasting relationships.
We’re easy to work with, and with our years of experience, knowledge and funding capacity, we look to enhance existing communities and create new ones.
Lee Williamson
Chairman
Lee is a proud bricklayer by trade. He founded LW Developments in 1979 and has overseen the success and development of the company over the last 40 years.
He has a wealth of experience and knowledge in construction, development finance and planning. Lee is excited about the growth of LW Developments in the years ahead and the continued success of the company.
Dean Williamson MRICS
Director
Dean joined the family company in 2011. He is responsible for identifying development opportunities and managing sites through the planning process.
Dean started his career at CB Richard Ellis in London where he specialised in the valuation and disposal of land for developers, institutional investors and public bodies.
Dean is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Glenn Williamson
Director
Glenn joined LW Developments in 2009. He is responsible for all construction-related activities and new build sales.
During the last 10 years, Glenn has overseen the construction and delivery of 100s of quality new homes in desirable locations across Hertfordshire and Essex.
