How it Works
Our directors will meet with you to discuss your site and requirements. We’ll consider your site in the context of national and local planning policy to identify its planning potential and determine how it is best taken forward to maximise value.
If your land has planning potential, we will enter into a promotion agreement with you. This will clearly set out the financial proposal and how we will partner with you to obtain planning permission. If you are happy with our proposal and want to partner with us, we’ll start work on your project straight away.
Working with our hand-picked team of experienced architects, planners and consultants, we’ll promote your site through the planning system with the aim of delivering the best possible planning permission. We will engage with planning officers, councillors and local residents, and prepare a range of technical reports to support the application. We will update you regularly throughout the process, and will always be available for you to ask any questions. All costs associated with achieving planning permission are paid by us.
Once planning permission has been granted, we will agree a marketing strategy with you to ensure that we get the best possible offers for your land. At the same time, any further investigations that may be required will be carried out to make sure that we get the maximum value for your land. It is in our interest to optimise the value as we, like you, only get paid at the end of the sales process.
