LW Developments unconditionally purchased this grade II listed Old Manor House, set in an over-sized plot alongside the footpath of the New River.
Liaising with the Wormley Preservation Society, and being sensitive to the conservation area and listed building setting, LW Developments secured planning permission for a private estate of 10 luxury Georgian style townhouses. The site was sold to Matthew Homes.
