LW Developments acquired the farmyard area of Fishers Farm, which comprises a Grade II Listed Barn together with two agricultural barns, outbuildings and silos. We achieved planning permission to convert the agricultural barns into five residential dwellings via the Class Q Permitted Development route.
Our heritage team is now considering the scope to convert the listed barn to form two further residential units.
